Meet the founder, Fiona Cramp
Fiona Cramp is an award winning Innovation and Product Development Consultant with over 25 years of experience in food and beverage FMCG across manufacturing, retail and brands.
She set up The Foodie Collaboration Ltd which specialises in working with SME’s and start-up’s in end to end New Product Development to commercialise new concepts into MVP’s and she has a detailed understanding of the product launch process.
Fiona uses her depth of food knowledge and trends, her vast network, and understanding of innovation processes to facilitate brand owners being able to create and launch highly successful products into market. Her skills not only lie in the creation of winning concepts, but she will ensure the products and supply chain are both safe and compliant, and build a full costing for the final packaged goods.
She has an impressive track record of launches in both premium quality products; The Collective yoghurts range, M&S Food To Go wraps, Waitrose chilled ready meals range and also in Food Tech; the HFSS compliant range of doughnuts under the Urban Legend brand.
During her tenure at The Collective, Fiona held an executive leadership position and was responsible for Procurement, Technical and Customer Care in addition to Product Innovation. Together with the UK Co-Founder, she led the business through its first major private equity deal and since then has taken on a board advisory role with Bold Bean Co – a challenger brand in the Grocery category.
Fiona regularly sits on food industry award judging panels and is a self confessed adrenaline junkie.
